a sign of good things to come?

I haven't shared this news with many people for fear of ruining it but....

I have now found 4 pairs of cropped pants that are actually the right length for this spring! Those of you who don't know me well don't understand the miracle that this is. Life is getting better for those of us that stand 5 foot on a good day! (and no, these pants to me are not long shorts to others!)

Has it really been a year?

Wow, am I behind!

Thanks to Felicia's comment I have been inspired to give this another try...here it goes!


I guess there is really no way to update an entire year so I'll hit the high points.

• still working at CMC...now contemplating getting a masters degree
  
• mom is doing well right now...we've had our up's and down's this year but right now we are on an up moment.
  
• friends continue to have babies...lot's of little ones running around


• neice is still precious...see picture


• have grown professionaly in several areas including speaking in front of large groups!


• made several trips to visit Heather and the Storey family in Memphis (who are in the process of relocating to Florida, planning a trip there in the near future!)
  
• visited my aunt and uncle at their home on the coast of Oregon
• went to homecoming at ACU...so good to see everyone!
  

So, I know that my last year has included a lot more stuff but, right now this is about all I can think of for high points

As I have read my last blog, I did notice that I predicted this would be Peyton's year...maybe I should be in the sports casting industry?
